  • Annual Training Plan

    As a coach, I take pride in working with the athlete to gain a deep understanding of their goals and objectives. Through this process, I identify their key races and develop a highly effective Annual Training Plan that outlines the essential training blocks required for progress and ultimate success.

  • Race distance

    I specialize in training athletes for races of all distances, no matter if it's a 5K or a 100-mile ultra-marathon. Whether you're a first-time racer or looking to break a personal record, I am confident in my ability to help you achieve your goals. With my support and guidance, you can trust that you will be well-equipped to conquer any race you set your sights on.

  • Race preparation

    Physical fitness is important, but psychological and strategic preparation is equally crucial for a successful race. As your coach, I will train you to overcome challenges like mental toughness and resilience, terrain characteristics, elevation change, weather conditions, hydration, and nutrition strategies.

  • Weekly updates

    I conduct a weekly review of the athlete's progress, taking into account various factors such as improvements, setbacks, levels of fatigue, life stressors, and events, and update their training plan accordingly.

  • Training Peaks Account

    I use TrainingPeaks to deliver training plans and workouts to athletes, allowing for easy communication and seamless synchronization with their favorite tracking devices.

  • 1:1 Calls and Messages

    I support my athletes with regular video calls to discuss progress, analyze improvements, and work towards their goals. I also encourage them to reach out to me anytime via WhatsApp or text message.

About me

Sport has always been huge part of my life. After growing up playing basketball and practicing various individual sports like swimming and strength training for several years, I’ve dedicated the last decade of my life to running.

As a runner, I’ve completed several races, including the London Marathon, the New York Marathon, and the Ultra-X Madeira 50 km, and I’m currently training for the 2024 Tot Dret 130 km in the beautiful Aosta Valley.

In recent years, I’ve decided to put all my experience to work and help other athletes achieve their goals. I’m now a UESCA certified Running and Ultrarunning coach, and ready to work with athletes of all experience levels.

My approach to Coaching

I only coach athletes one-on-one to deliver the most personalized and individualized training experience and ensure the best results. No pre-defined training programs. No shortcuts.

I work with each athlete across the entire year, during the running season and the off-season.

I help runners improve their fitness, endurance, and speed, pick their goal and preparation races, and implement an optimal race strategy.

All athletes get a TrainingPeaks account and my full availability via call or message, all day every day.
